Ctrl-Alt-Del ® IT Consultancy announces the CAD Enterprise Util Pack and Software support Agreement. Ctrl-Alt-Del ® IT Consultancy understands the stigma attached to freeware applications in many corporations. As such we have combined an Enterprise version of the CAD Util Pack and a Software Support Agreement that will provide email support for a minimal yearly subscription fee. This agreement will provide technical support via email for all of the applications listed in the CAD Enterprise Util Pack only.

What do I get when I purchase The Enterprise Pack?

When you purchase the CAD Enterprise Util Pack and Software Support Agreement you will receive a one (1) year subscription to the latest software and updates bundled in the CAD Enterprise Util Pack. You will also receive a one (1) year subscription to our Software Support Agreement which will allow for ten (10) hours Operational Support via email and two (2) hours Scientific Support via email for any of the applications listed in the CAD Enterprise Util Pack. The definition of Operational and Scientific support can be found in the Software Support Agreement located here. One support agreement will cover support for all applications listed in the CAD Enterprise Util Pack and offer unlimited use of the utilities by the company/ individual that purchases the support agreement.

The current suite of applications in the CAD Freeware Util Pack will continue to be free to download, however any new editions or updates to the utilities suite and all support requests will only be given to paying customers of the yearly support agreement purchased with the CAD Enterprise Util Pack. As new applications are written, Ctrl-Alt-Del ® IT Consultancy will only make them available via the CAD Enterprise Util Pack, which will only be made available to customers purchasing a Software Support Agreement.

Additonally, all Freeware labelling of applications is removed and replaced with a licensed notification.

All applications have been thoroughly tested under Windows XP Professional, Vista Business Edition, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, and Windows 2008 and are fully functional, except where stated.

What does the Enterprise Agreement Cost?

The yearly subscription fee for the CAD Enterprise Util Pack and Software Support Agreement is $300 (AUD) (This is EX-GST for Australian Customers) per year. This yearly subscription fee will allow for ten (10) hours Operational Support via email and two (2) hours Scientific Support via email. The definition of Operational and Scientific support can be found in the Software Support Agreement located here. The applications themselves will not be bound by a license count and all applications will have the Freeware tag removed from help files and GUI displays. One support agreement will cover support for all applications listed in the CAD Enterprise Util Pack and offer unlimited use of the utilities by the company/ individual that purchases the support agreement. Payment is only accepted through VISA, MasterCard or a valid Paypal account.

What is the difference between the CAD Enterprise Util Pack and the CAD Freeware Util Pack?

As detailed above, the CAD Freeware Util Pack will remain free to download, however no support will be offered to the end user or corporations. Additionally future applications written by Ctrl-Alt-Del ® IT Consultancy will only be included in the CAD Enterprise Util Pack.
